The Weekend You Choose
Six free windows. Three possible romances. Your own company counts as a plan.
You are a 29-year-old woman making a new home in Alderford. A long weekend gives you time to discover the town, catch up with your friend Nora, and get to know three intriguing neighbors. Six free windows are yours to spend on company, curiosity, or a little peace and quiet.
You are a 29-year-old woman making a new home in the fictional coastal town of Alderford. A three-day weekend leaves six free windows, three intriguing neighbors, and a friend who knows the best bakery. Bookshop owner Ben Archer wants your honest opinion. Dance instructor Rafael Costa is happy to talk when the music stops. Ceramic artist Kit Sullivan has kept his most spectacularly crooked cup.
Choose your own schedule. Each outing uses one window and one energy; keeping a window for yourself restores two energy. Spend time with one man, explore several connections, or take the weekend at your own pace. Later outings open only after you actually shared the earlier ones, and you cannot fit everything into six windows.
When Monday arrives, decide what any connection means. A busy calendar is not a relationship, rest earns no secret penalty, and your independent ending is as complete as a mutual yes.
